NSX Host Preperation XXX eam.agent.enable.label not found XXX

Today I ran into the following error message while standing up a test cluster for a McAfee Move solution “XXX eam.agent.enable.label not found XXX”, the error seemed a bit generic but after going back through the basics I realised that I had missed an important part of the preparation.
